Raychel Alvarez – Founder

Hi, I’m Raychel, the founder of Alvarez Licensing & Consulting Services 

I help healthcare professionals navigate the licensing process with clarity, efficiency, and confidence—so they can stay focused on caring for patients, not paperwork.

With hands-on experience in clinician licensing and operations, I’ve supported providers across multiple states in fast-paced healthcare and telehealth environments. Most recently, I managed end-to-end licensing workflows overseeing applications, board coordination, and regulatory requirements for advanced practice providers. Prior to that, I supported licensing and operational needs during rapid organizational growth.

My background also includes clinical operations experience where I worked closely with healthcare teams to ensure providers were properly supported, compliant, and able to deliver care without disruption. Across every role, my focus has been the same: accuracy, communication, and making complex processes feel manageable.

I’m deeply motivated by the clinicians I support and take pride in being a reliable partner throughout their licensing journey. When I’m not working, I value balance, independence, and building a business rooted in integrity and transparency.
